Dear Sir,

I am Dealer of HMSI at shahdol location i have complained in few exide battery and i was send all the battery for warranty in your depot at shahdol with all the document attached including claim form but they are not accepting our battery for claim please give the needful and helpful suggestion what can i do now for claim.
