I have transferredmy double gas cylinder of Indian Gas from Jamnagar, Gujarat. I have submittedall the papers that were asked by the MuniKrupaGas Agency-18, Someshwar Complex, Jodhpur Crossroad, Satellite, Ahmedabad, GUJARAT but they are still writing my as well asmy father’s name incorrect on the other papers of the Gas. I requested them towrite the name which is there in the Aadhar Card, Driving License etc. and isalso filled up by me. But they are saying that it is an order from the higherauthorities to write the names in such manner. I request you to give them someorders so that they write down my name correctly:-
Tiwari Dr. Ashok Kumar s/o Mr. SuryaPal Tiwari. Theyeven issued me the wrong regulator and I again had to go till the Gas Agencyjust to change the regulator. My consumernumber is 682714 but they are writing even this number incorrectlyin my Gas Book and receipt.
