Poor service response

Dear Sir,

I am residing in Pudukottai near Tuticurin. I have given my Fiero FX: TN69 J 0627 vehicle for service with M/s Nellai trading automobile agency, Tuticurin on 10.07.12, 4.50 PM (JC No: 5569). I have asked for a general service and replacement of ignition start setup for my vehicle. I was given delivery date as 11-07-12, 5.30 PM by the dealer. While I have asked for the delivery of the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle is waiting for the spares and till date there is no improvement on the status.

As a business man, I am finding it highly difficult to carry on my regular works / schedules without my vehicle since more than a week’s time. Being a loyal customer to TVS group products, I am really disappointed with this kind of response and customer experience. I am sure that, being a reputed brand and group company this is not what you will be expecting a customer to experience with your product and after sales service.

I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue and ensure the delivery of my vehicle and also to ensure that, this is is not repeating to any of your customers.
