Not replacing my bateery

This is about my suzuki access125 which i purchesed on 20 April.from

and i properly do all services of my access 125 on proper time .but one day their is some staring problem in my access 125 and i went to show room

and told all my problem to workers who work their.they check my access and then told me that all is well.but another day the same problem is happened.

and i give my access 125 for servicing and after servicing i went to my home but the problem is same again my access 125 is not started through self start.and when i went to showroom they told me that your baterry is not working properly and it should be changed.and when i say that change it the showroom worker said to me that your baterry warranty is over . but when first time i told all my problem to them at that time my baterry is in warranty. and also on 21 april when i give my access 125 for serving they did not told me the baterry problem and by the staff worker problem.

i m suffering now and they are not replacing my baterry.so what should i do.
