Malfuntioning of spare parts

I am Sadruddin Charania and I have bought an Access125 of Suzuki just 1 month ago. Just after a day I bought the bike, It started showing some problem with the start up of the engine and also it used to stop suddenly while driving. Later the lever of my bike stopped working. Not even a month since I bought it, the front tyre tube (CEAT Company) got damged. I showed to a garage person, he told that the tube was either malfuntioned or tyre companys fault. Moreover, the battery lost its charging completed and also need to be replaced. It not just two month since I bought Access125 and it showed so much of problem. But the service station of suzuki is not even looking after it and they ask us to pay extra amount for tyre tube, battery and lever, even though my Access is in warranty,

I want a strict action to be taken on Suzuki Service station from your part as I am sure that my scooter (Access125) has been malfuntioned during the purchase and during the first regular service.

Please pay a keen attention to my request.
