Non receipt of cooking gas cylinde

Sir I have been using indane gas connection from M.V.enterprises avadi. my card no is 6480.I have booked a cylinder on 20.09.10 which i have not yet received.when contacted the respective office the reply is tomorrow.i dont know when their tomorrow will come. This has became a common practise for the office and the delivery man. I suspect that the cylinder are sold in open market for higher prices I REQUEST THE AUTHORITHIES RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE APPORIATE ACTION AND CURB THE MENANCE
