Firstly, reason for complaint in this forum - 1. No feedback was taken after the service was done. 2. Tried calling up their Madurai corporate office and got a auto message - Number does not exist 3. Tried registering the complaint as a grievance in their site and got a message - Timed off. 4.Tried calling their Toll Free number to get details on how to register a complaint - he said he will call me back in a munite and did not call me in 3 hours.
Dear sir..This is regarding the day time robbery committed by your service people in Bangalore myTVS service station. I had so much trust on the name 'TVS' for their legacy but the service centre people are spoling it. I had given my car for service on 12th November and I was just cheated and Robbed by the service people over there. They had not done anything on my car and claimed to have done the service. But please do not believe my words for this I request you to go and check the serviced cars at Random to believe it for yourself.
In my car, the following things were promised but not done - Tyre rotation, Wiper fluid top up, brake adjustment, cluth play, rear door problem, car vacuum, door lubrication, 120 pt checkup. Ask me what is done - car was washed with water and thats it. Wax polishing worth 2000 rupees was done in flat 6 minutes. Engine oil is still black and they say that is because of residual old oil in the engine. I really suspect the quantity/quality of engine oil they have replaced and the oil filter for which they chaged me 2 K. They are asking me to leave the car for 2 more days to fix a small central locking problem in the car. I wish I could go to consumer court to get things sorted out! After all this, I am taking my car to Maruti service centre to fix problems!!! Also it was apparent that no feedback form was issued to take customer's feedback the service centre. I will not go to this place again as I lot the trust in myTVS!
This is just a place where you find cheap people doing tinkering jobs and they have a good paint shop. But please donot trust them with your car. They can even steal ur spares!!!
