Myself Anuj from Kothrud, Pune. I used to service my old Honda vehicle from Pashankar Auto at SB road and then I came to know that new Honda 2 wheeler showroom has opened in Kothrud itself so decided to service my vehicle there as it is nearby from my place. It offered satisfactory service in that period (Dec '10 to Oct '10). Later, I decided to purchase Honda Unicorn Dazzler from there itself thinking sales experience could also be better here. I purchased Honda Unicorn Dazzler from My Wings (Honda) Pvt Ltd on 24/09. I was right and I had satisfactory experience of buying product from them.
BUT It all ended there. When it was a time for servicing my new vehicle, they refused to accept the problem in chassis in first free service itself. Its welding was not finished and it had small hole in it. Later what they did is putting m-seal on it. It looks more odd now and I doubt about its reliability. In second free service too, I remember that all problems I brought to their notice were neglected. In third free service, I told them that there is lot of noise coming from front side when bike goes from path holes and they removed console and all but sound was still coming. They even tried to convince me that its normal when they thought they cant solve it. Problem was loose mudguard and it took them some two hours to figure it out correctly and rectify. In the process, they misaligned the console and now it tilted from one side and anyone can see internals like hanging wires inside through it. It looks weird and too odd for just 5 months old vehicle and now they are saying they can't rectify it and I will have to change console. Because of improper handling at service center, my bike had scratch on right side during 4th service which I did today only (14/04) and as expected, they refused to accept that.
Every time since Nov-Dec '11, they have shown unprofessional gesture and servicing at My Wings Honda is pathetic experience now. I will advice other Honda 2 wheeler owners to avoid it now.
