I m a member of SPEED car service..i want to share my experience with you all that its' really pathetic in giving CAR services. Some days back my car got stuck in traffic due to some fault in it and immediately i called SPEED, they said that they are sending their car in half an hour or so.i waited till half an hour, when i haven't seen any car den i called up again they said they are just coming... again i have waited for some minutes... den it took more half an hour so now its became 1 hour den i again called them they said sir they are coming in 5-10 minutes more... So, i have waited for them for some time more... den after crossing 1.5 hrs i called them they said they are on the way and even they connected me to their driver i told them the way and they said sir we are coming..So, whole it took more 2.5 hrs and till that time also they haven't reached... after 3 hrs they reached but of no use they told something bad has happened with the car so u need to take to the GARAGE... So, what is the use of SPEED service then... So, finally i manage to come to home after 3 or 3.5 hrs... So, guys please BE AWARE while choosing CAR services for your CAR... especially SPEED...
