Please look into my issue at the earliest as it has caused inconvenient grieviance because of the behaviour of the railway official.

I booked a First Class Quarterly pass from Malad to Churchgate Station from the Jogeshwari West Ticket Booking counter today 14 June at 20.03. The fare of which quoted on the pass is 1255.

I gave the railway official signed in the pass as "Jos W B Jay" 1500. The change returned by him was 205 instead of 245. On questioning him about the same; he kept on confusing and delaying the process which angered everyone else in the queue to start making noises. He even claimed that I gave him less money and owed him more 50. With the chaos created by him and blaming me for the wrong money tendered; I walked away with Rs 40 poorer. The money lost may be less but has caused me discomfort and complete loss in faith with the service the railway officials are offering.

Please look into this issue; cause we are just bringing down the status of the public transport provided by our company because of greedy railway officials.
