We bought New Volkswagen Polo from the navjivan auto square pvt ltd. showroom. We were happy and we drive towards our home valsad and in between our car engine fails, white smoke started coming out from the engine. This incident occurs within 2hrs/108kms run. On Complain our car was taken back to workshop but we dint receive any solution from the firm. In-spite of calling and providing repeated reminder, we received a rude reply from their Sales Manager Ms. Gayatri. We would like to get some solution through your channel. Thank you.
