I have a Zen Estilo which I gave for repair after met with an minor accident on 30th Oct to Navnit Motors thane service center. The damage was on back side and needed minor body work shop repair.

Due to diwali they took 10 days time for delivery. I went on 12th to take delivery of car and while taking the car out found the AC not working. I took the car back. Then these guys tried to play arround with False stories. When actually as their repair shop is in Dapoda and approach road is bad they during their handling of car has damaged the Pipe and the gas as leaked. But the stories told by on Mr Iyer Assistant Manager Insurance division is baffling. The objective who will bear the cost which was coming arround 3-4 thousand.

I was taken for a ride and my car was not delivered till 18th of Nov (19 days). Then Finally I went to those mechanics and tried to find out the exact story which they confessed as mishandling on their part. After that this Mr Iyer is difficult to trace and one of his seniors asked to play arround rs 1800.

I had to pay Rs 1800 and took the delivery. The handling on their part is very bad and i was always kept under the darkness till i explored the exact issue.

These guys are cheat beyond imagination and I had very bad experience. Ultimately nobody had the courtesy to own the mistake.
