I have left my car no (HR 30 D 4009) Ford Fiesta for servicing at NCR FORD FARIDABAD on 23/04, and they give delivery time to me is 18.00 pm on 23/04, on 24/04 instead of delivery I make a call to NCR FORD Regarding delivery they told me that your Car is not ready, after few hours they call me your car's Shock absorber and Tie Rod was damaged and need to change.
I hope that they changed my parts with damaged part.
my last experience also same as this I left car for servicing and that time they told me car's Cooling Coil of A/c damage then i told him to change it and after one day when i take delivery that time I feel car's pick up was not good as at the time we left for servicing, that time they changed MAP sensor for car's Pickup.
