I bought a Ford Figo ZXi (Petrol) from NCR Ford, B-83, Defence Colony, New Delhi-24 in December. We booked the car on 13th Dec and it was delivered on 28th of Dec. The car had some additional features which were not there in the brochure. When asked, they said that these features are in addition to those that are mentioned. Also the car had a mileage of 101 at the time of delivery. They told us that this was because of pre delivery inspection by the Ford Team.
They also installed additional accesories without our permission and we were forced to pay for them as they said otherwise you can cancel the order. We had sold our old car through them and because of our necessity we had to give in to their unreasonable demand.
However after delivery, i have realized that the car doesn't have tilt steering feature which was mentioned in the brochure.
Now when i have got my RC and the date of manufacturing of car is May'2011.When asked they said you can file a complain.
They have given us an old car from their inventory without telling us about it. I want to strongly protest this high handedness of the car dealers when they first fleece customers and then say do what you feel like doing.
Kindly look into this so that my car is replaced with a relatively new car and if the car delivered has any problems in near future, the responsibility lies solely with the dealer or manufacturer. Also these dealers need to be taught a lesson as they are already charging money for logistics inspite of being reprimanded by the court. The bill details are given below:

I would strongly recommend that no body should purchase car from this dealer as they are big liars and frauds.
