Non payment of PF

Dear Sir,

Myself Barnali Bose has worked for this company from 1996 till it shutdown

at Assam, guwahati. But till date i have not received my PF, which the company used to deduct from my salary every month. The amount was RS. 201.25, that shows in my salary slip.

My earnest request kindly look into the matter because as the company has not paid us any money as compensation nor they have offered me any job.

I am really in crisis now & i need my money back. i visited several times to your Guwahati branch with the complain but of no use.
