Bus No. : WB 11B 5652
Route: New Garia - Durganagar - Airport
Please note that the driver and conductors of the above mentioned bus are mentally ill as they continuously misbehave with passengers each and everyday of their journey.
They stop their bus here and there for more than 10 mins (at each stop) during office time and if asked why doing so then their reply is "THE BUS WILL GO IN THIS WAY ONLY, IF U ARE IN HURRY YOU MAY LEAVE THE BUS" and abuse passengers.
The Govt. must take legal action against the same.
Request all of you not to board the said bus
