Luggage stolen and not deliver the laggage

I am briefing my long story making it short that harass me a lot and stolen my luggage the packer and mover address given below.

Responsible attendant RN SHARMA, who collect the luggage and was responsible for deliver.

New Shubham Packers & Movers booked 2 luggage Begs from Gurgaon to Chennai, after discussing they finalised the Amount. I given the dispatch and pickup address and phone number as where it has to dispatch.

The luggage weight max to max 40 KG,

Thy picket the luggage From SECTOR -23, Plot 1791, and while picking the Luggage reposible attendant was Mr R N Sharma there who taken the luggage and full Amount in advance. Bill no .401.

Everything was finalized they promise the deliver the luggage in door step by thy told it will avaible to you within 7 days.

I eagerly wait for 7 days for getting call from New Shubham Packers & Movers nor my friend got any call as I given his mobile number for delivery.

So I called R N Sharma delivery in charge.

he told, I have to collect the, luggage form there Godown,

I told try to deliver the luggage time is no constraint for me, as he discuss to deliver in door step. if you can one week extra no problem for me.he told me he is trying for delivery. I wait for one week more but no news from RN Sharma,

So I called him I m ready collect my luggage with my own expense. he given one contact number of go down that situated in the out skirt of the City.

and I travel there and when I talked for bring the luggage Go down person asked for me Rs-1000/ as that go down is not New Shubham Packers & Movers, So thy will charge it obliviously, but that amount I have to pay as I gone for collecting the luggage. I talked to RN Sharma, but he told I had no alternate, as my luggage are there I have to PAY.

I bring back my luggage but when I open the luggage that packed. I discover my luggage are missing

1) Blanket Rs 2500/-

2) Shoes -

3) Bed Cover and some Shirts worth

I inform to R N sharma about this he is not ready to listen my word, he avoid of picking my call saying " i am in Abroad, China, US, UK " and didnot pick the call.

I lost my some of valuable luggage, I pay extra amount, I didnot get delivery this the Story behid the "New Shubham Packers & Movers ".

Be careful about this Packers and Movers.
