i had booked car from amit srivastava managing directer of nikunj automobile of 8 camac street shantineketan building basement room no 4, kolkata 17. near about first week of january. this was for a car loan so he has taken a booking of rs 1, 36, 300. he was unable to avail the loan for me.but now it has been so long he refuses to return my money he has paid me rs 36000. but refuses to pay me back the rest of my rs 1, 00, 000.he issued me on 3/03/2022. which has bounced. he is harrassing me alot by promising to pay me b with no intention . please help
