I had purchased a Maruti Swift D zire LXI car on 26 th June from Spectra Motors. I had got the central locking system fitted on to the vehicle on 4 th July (M security System swift) bearing the Invoice no B/0304/11-12 and the supplier ref. no is 18908/378875 .The remote which has been provided by them is not working properly from the last week of October. Self & my family got stuck twice on the road because the remote was not woorking when we tried to open the car. On 28 th Nov when I tried to open the car the remote was not working and I had tried to open it manually with the key the sirens started raising alarms. I had tried to contact the Nippon service centre, Andheri@26878228 as per the instruction of the Dealer staff of Spectra Motors, borivali and the response was not at all encouraging. The phone was answered by Ms. Kavita Swami and she had asked me to bring the car to their Andheri office as there was no service engineer available in western Line. Moreover to add this trauma, I had tried to take the car to get my both kids from school.By the time I was tryingh to stop the siren by pulling out the wires (as per the instruction from Spectra service Team) time to pick my younger son was already over. It was tough time for me to get to the school after ignoring the car with the four indicators on and wires pulled out. The problem lasted for almost 30 minutes and finally with all the four indicators on, I took the car to the nearest service centre of spectra motors at Borivali and temporarily stop the problem. So far the Nippon team has not even bothered to call me to check the problem and rectify it. They are arrogant to the extent that I can go ahead and complain they are least bothered. R. The central locking which is under Guarantee and that too for less than 5 months is not working showcases the very inferior quality of the central locking system. Moreover the customers doesn't have a choiuce to get other central locking system in the car as this is been supplied by the dealer and as per their policy if any other systems are fitted by customers it will lead to the termination of the warranty on the car & tampering of the company's electrical system.

Request you to kindly take it up and such attitude & service is not at all acceptable
