Non-delivery of gas cylinde

Dear sir,

I wish to inform u that i have booked several times for the delivery of gas cylinder but till date the authority have not yet delivered the gas cylinder. When I personally go to enquire about the gas, they asure me the delivery will be made me in the evening or in the morning.

Please take into your consideration and take take proper action action against them.
