the agency assured me by sep 1o i'll get the delivery which i booked on 05aug10. but on 18 when called nissan for my status of car. as per mr. jignesh who handle my case first impression was there is no such booking for micra xe he told me. i approached sai wheel and gave all the booking detail to nissan. now they say since we have no alloctment for micra xe we cannot give any date of delivery. i want to cancell the car and want to know who should bear the cancellation panelties. avinash mobile 7666968122.
