I have purchased a nissan micra car 2 months back. since purchased i have complained to the dealer that there is some noise during drive as well as has severe suspension noises. also i have sent several e-mails to the nissan customer care. i have handed over the car twice to the dealer but non of my problems solved. most annoying that nissan customer care people are simply reply with e-mail or sms we will revert back in 72 hours, even upon calling to there customer care number the same answer comes
