My car (Swift DZire-Zxi) KL-35-C-8042 was given to" Popular vihicles and service center, " Kottayam for second service. Then they informed that the car was ready after the service. So i went to the center for take the vehicle. But they given the car after one hour, and they didn't service the car properly. Atleast they didn't do the water service for the car. And they charged Rs.1236/-.After that i informed this matter to the service manager. But the manager said that they done the service properly. He didn't care about my complaint.
