Kick start problem in newly bought activa and services provided by its service centre

I bought Activa Honda No. on 28.08.2011from RADIANT HONDA, LKO, since from first day there is problem in both self start and kick start. Within one month on 27 Sep i gave it for my 1st free service to the service center Vijay Honda, Lko. He said there must be some battery recharging problem and there is no kick start problem in it, he recharged the battery and Charged Rs.16 for the same.

Within 1 or 2 days there is blockage in kick (not returning back itself) and no self start. Again on 05 Oct i reached service center and complaint for the same.then he checked and said that self start wire not attached and Gear Comp Kick DR is broken and it should be changed. This time bill raised for Rs.204.96.

Today its 16 Aug, standing with the same problem of self start and no of kicks needed to start.

.And above all i bought this Activa for my father who is suffering from severe knee pain of Gathia and doctor suggested him just to drive without gear scooter only.

Its a request to please takes some action else it will proved to be big question mark on brand name.
