I have purchased Activa honda delux model scooter from PLANET Aagencies Pvt Ltd., 1040, Dr. Rajkumar Road, IV Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010 on 26-06 of Wild purple colour. Its frame no. ME4JC44-6FA8294388 and Engine No. JC44EO738358. I had experienced engine problem (loud noise) in march and gave for replacement of defective parts as I had 2 year warranty plus 3 year extended warranty with me, to PLANET Agencies Pvt Ltd. First, I was told to get replace the engine parts like crank shaft etc., as I have no existing warranty. When I shown my warranty details, they told some minor repair is there in the engine and refixed the same crank shaft after removing the bend it had and said OK with my vehicle. In Sept I experienced the same problem once again, I approached the same agency and complained that they should have replaced the defect parts completely instead of making repairs to existing engine parts. They did the same what they have done previously. They repaired some defects in the existing engine parts and gave the vehicle to me saying not to worry and problem will not be occur again. But once again I faced the same problem with my vehicle, I gave the vehicle to the same agency telling strictly to replace all the defect engine parts and I will receive the vehicle if they do so or else I will complain about the tricky (avoiding to replace the defect parts) behaviour to Honda scooter company authorities as well as to the consumer court. After keeping the vehicle for 4-5 days with them, they telling that, required engine parts like crank shaft etc., are available in whole of Bangalore city and it will coming only after 15 days time and take the vehicle and as soon they receive the parts from company, they call me to bring the vehicle for replacement. But how can I take the vehicle which is gets sometimes off while driving and making the loud noise (increasing day by day). I doubt they are telling lie to avoid the replacement of parts by telling no stock with them and they may pull on the days by telling the same reason. Please, help me in the matter to get best service from the dealer at the earliest.
