Complaint about battery

Hello Sir/Mam,

I Riya Banerjee have bought an activa model: SCV110 from your dealer JKM Leela Honda, dealer code: UP030002 on 29/07. This is a complaint regarding the battery of my activa. My activa battery is not working fine due to which I m facing many difficulty the horn is not working even its not giving a self start I have to kick it every bloody time and whenever I am asking the dealer to get it replaced he is giving me all rubbish kind of excuses and this is untoleratable and annoying. Its not been even1 year yet and I m facing such issues moreover it is under guarantee period so there shouldn't be any issue to replace the battery. This is really a bad experience and I will never buy any hoda model again in future neither will suggest anyone to buy any honda item. Kindly do the needful its a humble request otherwise I have to take some serious action on this.
