1. I would like to bring to the notice that the reservation clerk at reservation counter is misbheaving with defence personnel during the booking of ticket. Booking clerk is not making the ticket of defence personnel in Rajdhani, Shatabadi trains when defence personnel want to book their ticket with Concession Vouchers or Railway warrant which is issued by the respective air force station where they working. We are authorised to travel in Rajdhani, Shatabadi trains even though the booking clerk are not booking our ticket and they are denying by telling some railway rules to us which is not applicable. At the same time if we are booking our ticket through broker, the booking clerk are making the ticket in Rajdhani & Shatabadi trains.
2. We have complained regarding this so many times to the station master but he is not taking any action about this. Please do something to resolve the misconduct of booking clerk with defence personnel.
