Dear sir,

please draw your kind notice about the thing of quarrelling with passengers hand to hand & sitting on the lap of passengers & very rude behavior of milkman & native area persons in first compartment of every shuttle coming from mathura kosi, in the left side portion of compartment from first gate back portion.

this is the daily unbearable problem for passenger
