Delay for gas cylinder supply

I am resident of 53a ber sarai, n.delhi 16 and my cust.no.25018{mobile no.9999410249} Ibooked my cylinder dated 6Apr10.Ihave not received my booked cylinder. I phoned so many times but still i have not received cylinder. It is not first time, I am facing same problem many times.

kindly help me in this matter.
