My consumer No.5867. I have connection with BP Gas Agencies, Nutan Gas, Nr. Dearmland Cinema. The problem which Iam facing is this agency don't take the booking order for first cylinder 15 days past for the last cylinder they have delivered. After taking the booking order they don't make supply of the cylinder after 17 days pass from the day of booking. It mean a consumer can avail only 1 cylinder per month, what should the consumer do if the cylinder get over before 1 month of use, if the consumer are not entitled for kerosene on rationing card. Should the consumer should not cook food for non-availability of cooking gas. Rest of the HP Gas agencies in our area do supply cooking gas in 3 days from the day of booking, it is difficult to understand why BP Gas Agencies are finding it difficult to supply as of HP Gas Service. How do I transfer my agency from BP Gas Service to HP Gas Service, who give better service to the customer.
