Cylinder is not giving properly

My name is kartika. Iam consumer of Omkar Indane gas agency-119894. I have two gas connections. I booked gas on 21-11-11. They deliver gas on 14-12-11. After I booked by online booking on 13-12-11. But still I not get cylinder. I gone and asked about delaying cylinder but they said that 'come here on 7-01-11 n book on that day. we are not accept online booking.'
