We had hired Om Movers & Packers for a relocation from Gurgaon to Bangalore. We own a Hyundai i10 car, which was handed over to Om Movers & Packers on 12th May. We were given an assurance that it will reach us by 20th May. Today is 28th May & they are not giving any assurance of a delivery. We fear they have lost the car & now, nobody is responding to our calls as well.
