I had to send my bike to Surat from Mumbai and this guy told me it will be done in 2 days flat. Though his rate was not great, I agreed given 2 day delivery. I gave my bike to him on April 28th and till today (May 20th), I am hoplessely still waiting for my bike to come. Such has been the gross negligence by this person, that the first time he picked up his phone was on 7th May. Realising I dont have a choice but to be friendly (having paid in advance), I just requested him and he said he will "try" to deliver over the weekend. Forget weekend, the next he "decided" to respond to my calls was on wednesday and shocked me with another of his bouncers - this time telling me that the bike has reached some place 80kms from my house in Surat and that he will not move it any further. I reminded him that the final address written on the bill he gave me is where he is supposed to deliver. He plainly and simple refused to budge. I lost it badly by then and threated him with a police complaint. To which he cooly replied that I can do whatever I can - and there is nuthing really much I can do, other than writing this and alerting other unsespecting customers. I have never regretted paying the entire money in advance in my life so far as I did this time.
