Dear Sir/Madam,

I am really disapointed by the service provided to me by Om Sai Honda, Jogeshwari Branch. I have done the downpayment for Honda Twister on 18.08.10 and today is 08.09.10 and still I have not recieved my bike delivery, it is almost more then a month now that is including the bank process. I have given many false commitment in regards to my bike delivery, this is really disapointment for me. They have said that after my bank approval it will just take 3 days for the delivery, after the banks approval they said they can only give me bike after the registration process is done which will take another 4 to 5 days, and now even after the registration process has been done they are saying they do not have the staff avialable for my delivery and are also saying that the bike is still needed to be unloaded, this is the way they have ditching me with thier false promises since many days. I have no choice but to wait for my delivery. Sir I hope you might have understood my complaint and my pain for the poor customer service provided to me by Om Sai Honda, I would not like to recommend any of my friends in future to render thier services. Sir/Mam I would like to convey this that the reputed name of HMSIL may be at stake, if this kind of service is being provided by thier Authorised Dealers, which is an absolute matter to be taken seriously.
