On line booking of railway ticket by irctc
Booked Ticket not showing in account

I booked ticket through my irctc account rldad for my friend Harendra Mishra & his family from NDLS to SV for 27th May.2010. Payment was made through OBC Account. Payment transction was confirmed during booking but its not showing in my irctc account e ticket booked. I tried to helpline no. 011-23340000 twice in between 8.50 Hrs to 9.10 Hrs unable to contact. Please send the booked ticket to my account so that we can take print of the same and travel.
