Irregularities in distribution of Gas cylinders

I am customer of Ordinance Gas Agency, Raipur dehradun. My customer No is

O-10297. I am facing problem with this gas agency since last three years. there is no rule for booking and delivering LPG Gas in this agency. I put my complain to this agency many time but they are not ready to listen and accept the complains. The staff of this agency always misbehave with me and manager is never available at the agency. The general procedure followed by this agency is to take the money of home delivery and distribute it at the go-down only. the booking period is 21 days after the delivery of cylinder and next delivery is after one month or one and half month of booking so we are getting one cylinder in 2 to 2and1/2 month period. this is common procedure followed by this agency. it seems that there is huge corruptions in this agency because all employ of Ordinance factory are associated with this gas agency. There is no forum of Indian Oil for complaining regarding to this matter at dehradun. When ever i go to this agency the staff say to me that where ever you can complain you go and complain. No body can do any thing of our agency. I could not understand where and how to complain about this agency? because it seems that all govt. and related parts are involve in this corruption. I need your help to get ride of this problem.
