Goods not received as per timelines

I had sent household goods from Bhopal to Kolkata through Agarwal Movers and Packers. The first consignment comprising of 8 packs was sent on 21st Nov'09 and the second one on 28th Nov'09. For the first consignment I was told that it will be delivered by 1st Dec'09 and for the second consignment it would be delivered by 5th Dec'09.

As of now I have come to know that the first consignment will now reach on 6th Dec'09 and the second one has just left Bhopal today (2nd Dec'09) I am travelling to Singapore on 7th Dec'09 and I had made it clear with the Bhopal office that I need the consignments at least 5 days before my departure to Singapore. I have paid Rs. 14000 already and this is what I get.

I know that nothing will come up after writing this complaint. This is how most things in my country works!!

However I still have hope that I will get justice.
