Agency Code : 112249 RAKA GAS SERVICE PUNE
My. customer code is 61115. I am having gas connection from last 2 yesrs. I went to get a smart card from this agency but they refused to give that despite of all papers except Ration card after being in a queue for 2 hrs. Now I want to know, they gave me connection without ration card but now threatening that I won't get gas refilled without smart card after 31st Mar'11. Now why such condition they are putting on us. It's very irritating.
