My complaint against India Today Book Club for cheating me
My name: Ashutosh Pachauri
MEMBER ID: ITBC10311614
BOOKING ORDER ID: TELESALES/0GA100007522 booked on 09/03 for a package for Rs. 27996/-
After calling many times they did not deliver my order and at last i requested them to cancel my order and refund my money they have not refunded my money till now and sending mail like below-Please help me in getting my money back as 27996 is not a small amount.
