Overnight Express Courier
Delay in delivery

I had send some documents through overnight courier on 16/7 to Gorakhpur, but till date & time it is not recieve at the destination. My ref no (docket no) is 7977949963.

When we track the ref no, it shows " delivered from Delhi to Gorakhpur on 17/7/11", but today is 20/7, & still not recieved.
