Work is not in proper way

Dear, Manager,

I purchase a product of your company in a foam of ALTO LXI before 1 year (9/7) and now i have many problems in your product (stearing unbalance, cluch hard, a/c, engine sound,

when i go to your service centre (tcs & associates pv. ltd. faridabad) then i don"t get proper condition of my vehicle while this these people pay full payment for me and till now i am in very trouble because i am a middle level bussinessman.

so i am requesting you to please do not ignore it.
