Gas cylinder not delivered

We have booked a gas cylinder many days back (refill booking No: 300443) and received a cash memo: 9784 on 28-03 informing that we will receive gas cylinder shortly. but still even today (4-4) cylinder was not delivered as gas delivery boys (Chandu for our area) are selling gas cylinders in BLACK.

We request cylinders should be delivered at earliest and sale of cylinders in BLACK must be stopped
