Dear Sir,
i m customer of agra gas company, shopping arcade, sadar market, agra. my connection no. is AGTSV-3686.
i booked for cylender refilling on 25-06 through indane mobile no.8726024365 n found my booking registration no. 230721.
after 4-5 days, i again received a sms from same no.in which let me know that "cash memo have generated and the cash memo no. is 1429".
on 10-07, when i call to same no. for knowing about my refilling status then i know that the cylinder refilling have been done till date
30-06, but till date i didnot get my refill.
when i enquried in agra gas agency on 11-07 morning about my booking and make some loud then same day late evening, i received my rifill cylender.
now i want to say the "same" have already done with me before 2-3 month and i also complained in written in agar gas company,
so i m requesting u to take a action so that same should not be done in future,
