Sub: Claim settlement.
This is in reference to the above claim filed with ICICI Lombard for loss by theft of one Piaggo Tempo no JH 01W-2504 in the name of our hirer Mr. Lalan Yadav. The claim was filed on 20/02/09 and till now it has not been settled. We had already submitted all the documents in this regard at your Kolkata branch office on 17/08/09.
We are continuously enquiring and pursuing the claim matter with your officers Mr. Sanjay (Mobile – 9874797916), Mr. Pankaj (Mobile – 9934300613), Mr. Prasad Katian (Mobile – 9833901151) but we are not getting any positive response. Such an act is completely unacceptable. It is causing monetary blockade and a lot of mental tension to our hirer and to us.
Please resolve the matter and issue the cheque as soon as possible in favor of Paragon Finance Ltd as the said vehicle is in hypothecation with us. Please let us know the status of the claim and when we are going to get the cheque for the same.
