MY ESTEEM CAR INSURED UNDER M I POLICY NO 70240044 FROM NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY, WHICH IS MET WITH AN ACCIDENT ON DT 11-12, I HAVE SEND MY CAR AT PRIME MOTOR, AUTHORIZED SERVICE MASTER IN AGRA WITH COMPLETE CLAIM FORM AND REQUIRED PAPERS ON DT 21-12, BUT TILL DT 24-12 NO SURVEYOR CONTACTED OR INFORMED TO ME ABOUT SURVEY OF MY CAR. WHEN I CONTACTED REPAIRER IT HAS COME TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT SURVEYOR CONDUCTED THE SURVEY OF MY CAR AND GUIDED THE REPAIRER REGARDING THE SETTLEMENT OF LOSS.AS PER NARRATION OF REPAIRER I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SETTLEMENT OF LOSS MADE BY SURVEYOR HE NEITHER AVAILABLE IN AGRA NOR CONTACTED THEN I CONTACTED SHRI HEM CHANDRA AGRAWAL B.M. NIC AGRA BUT HE DID NOT RESPOND PROPERLY I AM FEELING HELPLESS AND MY WORK IS SUFFERING WITHOUT MY CAR KINDLY HELP
