ILLEGAL CAPTURING OF PARKING

Mr. Yende in Nawroji Seth Street has captured a space on road for his personal parking at the edge of Seth Block, Nawroji Seth Street, Thakurdwar, Mumbai 400002 by puting a chain and locking it.

I would like to again mention that this a road belonging to BMC and should not be exclusively used only for one's personal parking.
