In June I have shifted My Household Goods and Vehicles from Vadodara to Pune through AIR Cargo (Ahmedabad office). I had also taken the Insurance for all the goods and vehicles and paid the amount in cash.
I did not get delivery in time at Pune and by doing lots of follow-up finally I have received by goods and vehicles but they were not in position to use. My Glass Items and other tins / jars are damaged and my Vehicle Honda-Activa was totally damaged.
I had talked on phone with Mrs. Poonia at Ahmedabad office and she told me that you get it repaired and we will pay the money. but after making 'n' number of reminder I am not getting any response and money till date.
I had contacted at Ahmedabad office, Pune office and their Banglore office also. But no answer.

This is my fourth mail and still there is no reply from you, I would like to know the status of my Insurance Amount and when will I get it.

I am attaching the documents of my Honda Service (from Service Station at Pune) as you told me that no-one was free at Pune and I can repair directly in the Service Station of Honda - Activa and gave the approval.
Now Honda - Activa is repaired and I have billing, Earlier also I attached the list of Damage items and their copy in mail.

After Getting your quotation and subsequent discussion had with A'bad Office, I had booked for Packing, Moving, Loading / Unloading my household from Vadodara to Pune.
I have made insurance of all my cartoons/Items.
I was told that my luggage will reach within 2 days time and after 4 days (Packed & Loaded on 12th Jan, Received on 16th Jan), I got the delivery. Some of the cartoons Items are damaged and break the glass items, Wooden Items etc.
My Honda - Activa (Two - Wheelers) is also fully damaged and it is being observed by the Pune Office Person Mr. Subhash Chandra and Mr. Rajkumar.
I had talked at A'bad Office and they have confirmed to pay what ever is damage.
How will I get the claim amount or items? How much time will it take?
I want my Honda - Activa to be repair under Honda - Activa Service Station Only (I had purchased just before 15 months).
Either you make arrangement to repair the Honda-Activa in Activa Service Station or I make arrangement and pay what ever charges they billed.
