Non receipt of Vehicle

I had made an booking of Honda Activa on 3rd December and was told that my vehicle would be delivered to me within 30 days of making the full payment which I made on 14th December. After repeated rounds to the show room, the staff is non responsive and not providing any concrete answers. Inspite of making the full payment, the company has failed to make the delivery within the time period given and above all the customer is being given a very rude treatment by the company staff.
