Use of spurious spares by Co dealers

I'm owner of Eterno MH12DX1633 purchased from Pune dealer Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd on 12 Mar 07. In Aug 07, while pushing the scooter backwards the crank chamber had dashed with a iron object on the road and punchured the crank case, after which the scooter was driven for about 200 mts. Later it was observed that the oil was leaking from chamber. Immediately vehilce was towed off to Pashankar Auto by their break down team and the case was investigated. I was told that the hitting had damaged the crank case and needed to be replaced. I have got the entire spares & service done from Pashankar auto for an amount of approx Rs. 6000 on 21.8.07 against the same. However, due to personal reasons I was out of station for almost more than a year and was not using the scooter then. 2 months back once I started reusing the scooter after shifting from Pune to Thane, I have observed that the oil seepage has begun again. Today the scooter was being given for servicing at Thane dealer Sai Point Automobiles Pvt Ltd, who have checked the cause of repairs and immediately found that the leakage is from crank case which has been welded and leakage is through the welded portion. This obviously implies that Pashankar workshop team has not fitted the original crank case while the service was carried out in Aug 07. Also now Im doubting the genuinity of their claim that the piston and cylinder had been damaged and had to be replaced then. I seriously feel even piston and cylinder may not have been actually replaced. Whether dealer is playing these games or their workshop supervisors, the matter is very serious and needs immediate attention of your company so that other customers donot get cheated like me. I need an assurance from your company now that Sai Point atleast fits genuine spares for my eterno where Im likely to incurr an expenditure again for almost Rs. 5000. I feel sorry for myself for being cheated so easily by reputed dealers like Pashankar who represent company like Honda. The matter has been discussed with Honda Official Mr. Kapil at Gurgaon on # 098718 90834 who has assured to get back to me on this. Also I wish to forward my claim for the cost replacement of crankcase from Honda since I have been cheated by its dealer Pashankar Auto.
