Service agencies behave rudely and have made their own rules. I went at 10am for getting my bike serviced. The person in charge of booking the service offered me 21th token number and asked me to leave the bike at service center and come only after 5.30 pm. I told him that I have some work and can not submit the bike at present however I can do it after sometimes (around 2 pm) but he refused to service the bike and said that I have to leave the bike at service center right now then only he can do the servicing. I asked him whether there is such rule, he rudely said it's his own rule.
Can you pls suggest me if there is actually some rule from the company and does the company have any code of conduct for the service agencies.
